What the service provides

Online access to a library of original ambient soundtracks, for playback in treatment rooms and spa spaces, for as long as your subscription is active.

The service is delivered by streaming. It does not include downloading the files, and no ownership of the works transfers to you.

What you may do with the music

Your subscription permits public playback at your place of business — a clinic, a treatment room, or a spa space — while the subscription is active.

You may not: record, copy, distribute, or upload the works; play them in a broadcast, podcast, video, or on social media; sell them or include them in another product; or share your account credentials with another business.

All rights in the works remain with us.

Your account

An account belongs to the business that registered it. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity carried out through your account.

You must be 18 or older to register.

Subscription and payment

The subscription costs $29 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. The first week free.

Prices are in US dollars. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank may add a conversion fee — that fee is your bank's, not ours.

If we change the price, we will give at least 30 days' notice, and the change will apply only from your next renewal.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. There may be maintenance windows, faults at our infrastructure providers, and problems with your own internet connection.

The service requires an internet connection. If the connection drops during a treatment, playback will stop.

Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time — see the Cancellation and Refunds policy.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, particularly use that distributes the works outside the service. We will notify you of a breach, and will refund the unused portion unless the breach was serious.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect loss arising from an interruption to playback, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of the Tel Aviv district have jurisdiction.
